Interior design process
The price quotation includes the final price of 2-3 layouts, visualizations and detailed drawing documentation. You can find more about the content of the price quotation in the section. The price quotation also includes the execution dates.
A down payment process is required to start the design process.
The first meeting takes place online, where the architect proceed over basic questions with the client to bring your vision closer. One of the question is your approximately estimated budget for implementation. The information you provide will be used in the creation of the study.
The targeting process takes place in person, or we start from existing layout (floor plans). In this case, the object does not have to be built/realized yet. We can also design interior design based on the existing technical layouts.
We usually propose several layouts so that you can choose the one that suits you best. Of course, you can combine the resulting layout from all layout variants according to your requirements. Subsequently, we proceed to step no. 6. As your satisfaction is important to us, we solve the layout design process together, as well as the entire project process. This step subsequently becomes a reflection for further steps.
The visualizations are based on an online meeting (questionnaire), where we know exactly what types of materials we apply into the visualizations. We will then apply your comments to new visualizations, and only then will we proceed to step no. 7.
The technical drawings are drawn in details. It contains construction drawings, as well as details of furniture, material design, etc. The drawing documentations are so detailed that your supplier (e.g. carpenter) can prepare a price offer without a personal meeting. You can find more about the content of the price offer in the “Procedure of work”.
Our company provides an A (study) – Z (fit out) service. We can implement a turnkey project for you, as well as apply discounts provided by our suppliers. The advantage is that all communication, price offers, tenders and negotiation of discounts takes place through our company. Of course, the final approval process is up to the client. We save not only your time, but also your money. We optimize the project so that we get as close as possible to your set budget. The price includes architectural supervision during the entire process of the work.
