This project tells the story of a complete commercial interior design commission for Lamelland — a retail concept that required a space communicating quality, craftsmanship, and a distinctive brand identity. From the initial client brief to the completed store, the project demonstrates what a full commercial design service looks like in practice.

The Design Process

The brief was clear: create a retail environment that showcases the product beautifully while providing a comfortable, intuitive customer journey through the space. The design response centred on a warm material palette — natural wood, stone, and brass accents — paired with focused lighting designed to highlight the products. Custom display elements were developed in close collaboration with the client, ensuring the final result was unique to the brand and impossible to replicate off the shelf.
